- Description
- A lovely family who are arriving in Grimaud on the 13th of July until the 13th of August for their summer holiday, are looking for a personal and professional chef to cater for them during their stay.
The family of 6 who will need lunch and dinner providing during their stay, are looking for the chef to focus on French and Mediterranean cuisine which will excite and delight them. However, they may go out for lunch or dinner on occasions during the week so the chef must be flexible with their menu planning and organisation. There is a 2-year-old child in the party and the family have no food allergies.
The focus is on fresh and flavourful dishes, using locally sourced ingredients from markets and local shops.
The family may occasionally host guests so the chef must be comfortable cooking for up to 12 guests whilst maintaining the high standards of cooking and serving.
The chef will be required to do the food shopping so being able to drive is a must. There will be accommodation provided for the right candidate and return travel costs included.
