- Chefs looking for a unique way of spending their summer season, Golden Goose Recruitment has the perfect opportunity for you. A specialist in luxury barge holidays which navigate the beautiful esterizes of Europe, are searching for 3 experienced and passionate chefs to join them for their summer season across the waterways of France.
The roles will commence at the beginning of June and can run until the end of October/ early November with new guests joining every week.
Offering a luxury service to their guests, accompanied by beautiful food as they tour the stunning countryside of France taking in local sites, experiences and flavours to give the client’s 5-star service all the way through their stay.
The chef must be able to create and cook stunning menu plans while using local ingredients as you travel up and down the waterways. Taking stock at local markets & shops to create authentic regional dishes while using their experience and skills to prepare many other meals which will leave the guests talking about the food and service for years to come.
We are searching for a chef who has a real passion for cooking and enjoys the tranquillity that a luxury barge has to offer who fancies a change of pace for the summer then this is the position you are searching for.
