- Golden Goose Recruitment are looking for a recruitment consultant to help our winter operations team.
This role is remote; however, the ideal candidate would be either based in a ski resort or in London, UK. This is a winter contract with the opportunity to become permanent depending on the skillset of the candidate and a successful season. It is most suitable for someone from a hospitality and ski industry background who wants to remain in the industry and develop new operational and professional skills.
We are recruiting for both part-time and full-time positions. Salary: competitive and dependent on experience.
Duties for this role involve:
- Assisting and reporting to the Head of Winter Recruitment, Head of Administration and Director of
Golden Goose Recruitment
- Reviewing CV’s and assisting with the progression of all our candidates including registration,
gathering details, and liaising with the rest of the winter team
- Understanding and knowledge of local and EU laws of seasonal employment
- Having a strong knowledge of Golden Goose operations and clients and understanding how the
company works as a team, and playing an integral part of it
- Conducting video interviews with candidates and being able to have a strong resort/chalet/industry
knowledge of knowing which roles to put candidates forward for
- Helping the winter team to gather candidates and build teams that will work well together for our
clients
- Representing the company on behalf of our social media platforms and use Facebook, Twitter and
Instagram to expand connections and recruit candidates.
- Completing daily admin using the databases and systems we use here at Golden Goose Recruitment
- Liaising with clients and candidates via phone and email in a professional and knowledgeable manner
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
− Previous experience of a season in a chalet is a MUST
− Strong administration skills and use of excel and other Microsoft applications
− Ability to work well remotely within a team completing tasks to deadlines throughout the busy season
− Previous experience of interviewing and recruiting desirable
− Flexibility and being able to work occasional weekends/Saturdays throughout the winter season on a
rotational basis
− Strong knowledge of seasonal life, ski resorts and the chalet industry
− A desire to progress within the company, acquire new skills to be able to offer more assets to the
company dependent on succession to a permanent role with us
− A professional and friendly manner and the understanding that as a small company, we all assist each
other in various roles, in order to ensure smooth running of our winter operations.
− The ability to make industry connections and create professional impressions to strengthen our client
