This long-term role will see you catering for two principals in a relaxed yet refined environment, with a focus on high-quality, fresh cuisine.
The clients require a light breakfast each day, with lunch being the main meal. They are open to a wide variety of cuisines and welcome a chef who enjoys showcasing creativity and passion for food.
There are no strict dietary requirements, although there are a few preferences that an experienced chef will be comfortable accommodating. Occasionally, the chef will also cater for guests at lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of daily light breakfasts and main lunch service
Menu planning across a variety of cuisines
Occasional entertaining for guests
Managing provisions and shopping
Requirements:
Proven experience in private households or luxury yachting
Professional, discreet, and personable demeanour
Fluent English; French or German advantageous
The role includes accommodation, use of a car for shopping, and a Swiss contract. Salary is dependent on experience and is highly competitive.
